Refund policy
Due to the nature of our merchandise, products purchased from Crooked Stick Apothecary are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason. As such, please be sure to read product descriptions carefully when choosing your items and always double check your order for inaccuracies before finalizing your purchase(s).
This rule does not apply to items which have been shipped in error.
How to resolve a shipment error -
While we take careful precautions to ensure that your orders are filled correctly, occasionally an error may occur.
To resolve a shipment error, please contact us at: crookedstickapothecary@yahoo.com, within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please be sure to include your order details as well as the date your order was received. Please understand that notifications sent to us after 3 business days of your order being received will not be honored.
Missing Item(s) Errors: Should a product be missing from an order you received, Crooked Stick Apothecary, after receiving notification of the error (as stated above), will ship the missing item(s) to you immediately, at our own expense via Priority Mail.
Incorrect Item(s) Errors: Should you receive the wrong item(s) in an order you received, please email us your notification (as stated above) before shipping the item(s) back to us for a full exchange. Once Crooked Stick Apothecary has received the item(s), we will ship the correct item(s) to you immediately, at our own expense via Priority Mail. *Please note that the item(s) being exchanged must be returned to us in the same condition in which it was received. If the item(s) has been altered or damaged in any way, it will no longer be eligible for an exchange. Should such a case occur, Crooked Stick Apothecary will notify you immediately via email, with details as to why the item cannot be exchanged.
