Shipping policy

All orders placed with Crooked Stick Apothecary are processed and shipped within 1 - 5 business days, via USPS. Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer, and deliveries typically arrive within 5-8 business days. Mail services are insured and do include a tracking number which will be sent to the email address provided by the customer once the order is shipped.

Crooked Stick Apothecary takes great care when packing your order, and all our packages are inspected by the USPS to ensure that they meet and pass the USPS Secure Shipping Guidelines prior to shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, the care and delivery of your package is the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the USPS. As such, Crooked Stick Apothecary is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any loss, or damage caused, due to careless mishandling by the USPS. Furthermore, Crooked Stick Apothecary is NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages lost in transit by the USPS. In either such event, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the USPS.

 

• The customer agrees to hold Crooked Stick Apothecary harmless for any other costs other than those associated with the direct purchase price of the product purchased.  Crooked Stick Apothecary does not refund shipping charges.  Crooked Stick Apothecary is not responsible for products damaged in shipping, misdirected, or redirected products, or any other circumstances out of Crooked Stick Apothecary’s control.
• Under no circumstance shall Crooked Stick Apothecary be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from, or in connection to, the use, misuse, or inability to use the materials and products available on said website.
• Nor, in any event, shall Crooked Stick Apothecary’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the materials or products.
